Elliot Clark is the Chairman and CEO of Crossing Media, LLC which he founded in 2006. Crossing Media acquired the magazine, online media properties and trademarks of Outsourcing Today, LLC. Elliot oversees company management and the publication of prestigious magazines covering the human resources, financial management and compliance functions. The magazine are HRO Today, FAO Today, HRO Europe and The CRO. These highly informative news magazines cover industry developments, corporate buyers, service providers, advisory firms, major contracts, feature articles, special columns, new technologies, people in the news, mergers and acquisitions, and in-depth reports on topics of management interest. Elliot's columns open every issue of the outsourcing publications with commentary on newsworthy events and emerging trends.
Elliot has had a long and distinguished career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Prior to Outsourcing Today, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq KNXA), a leading provider of HR software and outsourcing services, where he oversaw corporate operations and directly managed the outsourcing division. Elliot worked at Kenexa from 1991 until 2006 and was instrumental in growing the company from 12 to 1200 employees. As a key member of the executive team, he was deeply involved in 15 acquisitions, 3 private equity financings and an IPO. He served on the Board of Directors of Kenexa from 1997 until 2006.
Elliot was instrumental in the development and strategy of the "Employment Process Outsourcing" offering of Kenexa, personally overseeing sales and operations. He led the Kenexa team to be named the top provider in Recruitment Process Outsourcing by multiple industry analysts and publications including HRO Today magazine.
Elliot also had a distinguished career in the Executive Search industry, completing numerous senior executive assignments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and was active in the leadership of the largest pharmaceutical affinity association in the world, the Drug Information Association, serving on the Steering Committee of North America from 1994 to 1997.
Elliot is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania earning a B.S. Economics in 1983 where he majored in Human Resources. He also served on the National Board of Directors of the Wharton Alumni Association from 1997 to 1998.
Jay Whitehead, President & Publisher
Jay Whitehead is a B2B media and technology services entrepreneur who has led special-interest media companies in seven domains—venture capital, law, HR, F&A, investor relations, computing, and corporate responsibility—and two pioneering HR services firms. He has led content (print and online), conference and community media properties including PC Magazine, CRN, UPSIDE, Research, San Francisco Daily Journal, California Republic, HRO Today, HRO Europe, FAO Today, CRO Magazine, HRO World, HRO World Europe, CRO Conferences, SustainPro and Finance Forum, the HRO Association and the CRO Association. In HR services, Jay served as VP Sales for Trinet and was CEO at EmployeeService.com where he raised over $20 million in venture capital. Jay now serves on the boards of directors of several US and Canadian companies, focusing on assisting management in capital-raising and growth-acceleration activities. In addition to his business experience, Jay has worked in broadcast, with TV stints at KTTV in Los Angeles, PBS-TV (NJN) and regular guest appearances on CNBC. Jay holds a BA in History and Russian from UCLA (1981) and a Strategic Finance certificate from the Harvard Business School (2006). A dual US-French citizen, Jay is married, has 3 children and lives in New Jersey.

Andy Teng joined Crossing Media and HRO Today as the new Editor in Chief in 2005. He has more than 20 years of journalism experience, most recently as editor of Medical Product Outsourcing, a publication focused on outsourced manufacturing in the medical device industry. He has covered a variety of industries during that time, including consumer products, graphic arts, information technology, and healthcare. He also helped in the launch of numerous trade publications. A New Jersey resident, he holds a master’s from Columbia University.
Peggy Cope, Editor-In-Chief, FAO Today, HRO Europe
Peggy Cope began her publishing career in 1990 as assistant managing editor of Computer Shopper magazine. Since then, her positions have included stints as managing editor at the Conference Board, managing editor of Leisure Travel News, executive editor of Travel Professional and Travel Agent magazines, and founding editor of Home-Based Travel Agent magazine. Most recently, she was editorial director of the media/PR group of publications and ancillary products at Access Intelligence.

Gale Tedeschi, Managing Publisher
In February 2003, Gale joined the Crossing Media team as the Director of Sales. Her advertising sales experience spans 20 years, including time spent at International Data Group (IDG) Publications, where her responsibilities included maintaining and providing exceptional service to an existing sales territory and prospecting for new business. She most recently worked at CIO Magazine, before making the switch from technology magazines to outsourcing publications. At IDG, Gale worked on Computerworld, Macworld, and Publish.
Jonathan Campbell, Vice President, Sales
Jonathan joined The CRO from Jet Aviation in a sales and marketing leadership role and the Australian Tourist Board, where he served as its marketing leader for many years. He has also served as a commercial jet pilot in posts throughout the world. Jonathan holds Bachelors and Masters degrees.

Before joining CRO, Jonathan played leading sales and service roles with several compliance training organizations, including LRN. Jonathan holds a BA from Holy Cross University and completes his MBA at the Columbia University School of Business in June 2008.
Anne-Sophie Ribault, Marketing and Operations Director, Business Consultant
Prior to The CRO, Anne-Sophie played a similar role at Outsourcing Today LLC, publishers of HRO Today, HRO Europe and FAO Today magazines. Prior to Outsourcing Today, Anne-Sophie was the Marketing Director at pioneering internet HRO firm, EmployeeService.com. Before joining EmployeeService, she was a Bank-Marketing Manager at Sumitomo Bank and California Bank & Trust in San Francisco. Prior to her time spent in banking, Anne-Sophie was the San Francisco-based General Manager of international special-interest magazine publisher Winning International--publishers of sports and entertainment titles including Premiere Magazine, Triathlete Magazine, and Winning Bicycle Racing. A native of France, Anne-Sophie earned a Masters in Business Administration from Catholic University of Leuven in Brussels, Belgium, and a Bachelors degree in International Business Management from ICN in Nancy, France.

As both an investor and social entrepreneur, James Lincoln has been a leader in advocacy for business ethics, corporate responsibility, socially responsible investing and sustainable enterprise for two decades. On behalf of his family foundation, he has spearheaded organization of the Lincoln Institute for Applied Ethics at both Arizona State University and the Thunderbird School, one of the nation’s leading academic programs in the field serving thousands of undergraduate and graduate students annually. James also serves on the board of Investors Circle, as Vice President of VIKA Corporation, Venture Capital; and COO of LFM, Real Estate Holdings. He also serves on several corporate boards, including Entac (Chair), First Affirmative Financial Network and the Land Advisors Organization. James earned his BA from Whitman College and is a resident of Cave Creek, Arizona.
The mission of Outsourcing Today LLC is to fill the information gap between three major groups-business process outsourcing users, providers, and the advisory community. Users are defined as finance and accounting or HR professionals who are decision-makers in outsource-able financial and HR administration. As the number of outsourcing providers grows, the FAO and HRO markets are growing tremendously, and Outsourcing Today is there providing comprehensive coverage on every aspect of the industry.
